Organic grains can be profitable, but organic production and marketing are quite different from conventional practices. This all-day event will provide agricultural advisors and farmers an opportunity to better understand the unique challenges, tools, and benefits of organic grain production. Speakers include experienced organic farmers and grain marketers, along with organic educators from Organic Agronomy Training Service (OATS) and Ohio State. Up to 4 hours of CCA credits are available.
Sponsored by Organic Agronomy Training Service (O.A.T.S.) through a grant with USDA North Central Region SARE program project number ENC22-215
